1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or playing Trivia Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the application.
2. User Eligibility (Ages 13+)
Trivia Pulse is designed for general audiences aged 13 and older. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
3. License for Study Packs and Content
All trivia challenges, country study guides, vector graphics, and downloadable PDF study packs are provided free of charge by CLAP LLC. You receive a limited, revocable license to:
- Play all online and offline trivia game modes for personal study and entertainment.
- Download, print, and distribute physical copies of PDF study packs for non-commercial personal, classroom, or study group use.
You may not sell, resell, bundle, or license downloadable activity packs for commercial profit without prior written approval from CLAP LLC.
4. Acceptable Use and System Integrity
You agree not to disrupt or overload the application infrastructure. Unauthorized automated web scraping, denial of service attacks, or attempts to reverse engineer backend APIs are strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Trivia Pulse is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for absolute factual precision, CLAP LLC makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or total absence of minor typographical errors. CLAP LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
