1. Zero Account and Registration Data

Trivia Pulse does not require user accounts, logins, or registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords to access trivia games or download printable study packs.

2. Age Policy (13+ General Audience)

Trivia Pulse is designed for general audiences, trivia enthusiasts, travelers, and students aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly target children under 13 or solicit personal data from minors. If you believe personal information has inadvertently been provided to us, contact us at support@clapllc.com for prompt removal.

3. Local Device Storage

To support offline operation and gameplay features, Trivia Pulse uses your browser's local storage and IndexedDB:

• Daily Streaks: Stores the date of your last completed quiz to maintain local consecutive-day streaks.
• Offline Caches: Stores SVG flag icons and question datasets so the app functions without an internet connection.

This data remains strictly on your local device and is never uploaded to an account server.

4. Telemetry and Usage Analytics

We use PostHog Cloud to collect aggregate application performance and interaction events (such as game completion counts and feature clicks). We do not record session replays, keystrokes, or personal identities. When offline, telemetry events queue locally in IndexedDB and synchronize only when an internet connection is restored.

5. Advertising Disclosures and Cookies

Trivia Pulse displays non-intrusive advertisements on quiz results screens and outer site borders through Google AdSense to fund free access. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on user visits to this and other websites.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
